以1，4—苯二酚和不同的短链脂肪酸为基本原料，经溴代、加成、形成酰卤和酰化等反应，合成了六种新的溴化脂肪酸—2，3，5，6—四溴—1，4—苯二酯。通过对产物的碳、氢、溴等元素的定量分析，以及红外吸收光谱和氢核磁共振谱的研究，验证了化合物的结构。  相似文献

研究了注射生物胺(多巴胺、5-羟色胺)对凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vanna mei免疫指标的影响。结果表明,注射生物胺(10-9mol.尾-1)对凡纳滨对虾血细胞数量、血淋巴酚氧化酶活力、溶菌和抗菌活力影响显著(p<0.05),而对照组各免疫指标无明显变化;在实验时间内,注射生物胺处理组各免疫指标呈明显峰值变化,血细胞数量均在3h达到最小值,血淋巴酚氧化酶活力和溶菌、抗菌活力均分别于6h时达到最大值和最小值,且多巴胺处理组各免疫指标比5-羟色胺处理组变化更明显,其中大、小颗粒细胞和血淋巴酚氧化酶活力在12h后保持稳定,总血细胞和透明细胞数量18h后趋于稳定,血淋巴溶菌和抗菌活力在24h后稳定,而且稳定后各免疫指标与对照组均无显著差异。  相似文献   

The DNA de-methylating agent 5-azacytidine does not restore CYP1A induction in PCB resistant Newark Bay killifish (Fundulus heteroclitus)

Newark Bay (NB) killifish (Fundulus heteroclitus) have been chronically exposed to environmental contaminants that activate the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) and are tolerant to toxic effects and CYP1A induction provoked by AHR ligands. Resistance to CYP1A induction could be due to an epigenetic mechanism such as DNA methylation. We measured in-ovo CYP1A catalytic activity (ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase, EROD) in NB and reference site killifish embryos aqueously exposed to various concentrations of the de-methylating agent 5-azacytidine, 5-AC (5, 50 and 500 μ(micro)M) with or without 0.2 μ(micro)g/l of the CYP1A inducer 3,3^′,4,4^′,5 pentachlorobiphenyl (IUPAC PCB126). Neither PCB126 alone, nor PCB126 plus 5-AC, induced EROD above levels in vehicle treated Newark Bay fish. In reference site fish, the same PCB126 dose provoked a 7.4-fold EROD induction relative to controls. We conclude that Newark Bay killifish are resistant to CYP1A induction by co-planar PCBs during early embryological development and our data suggests that DNA methylation does not play a critical role in resistance to CYP1A induction in this model.  相似文献   

Incorporating Māori values into land management decision tools

Environmental sustainability and the long-term wellbeing of Māori (the indigenous people of New Zealand) are interdependent and degradation of landscapes risks the progressive degradation of Māori wellbeing. The present study developed an analysis framework based on Ki Uta Ki Tai (holistic-mountains to the sea- management philosophy advocated by Ngāi Tahu) for exploring relationships between landcover and Māori values to enable predictions of cultural values through space and time. We used this framework to predict how two Māori values (Overall Health and Cultural Land Use) have been altered as a result of landcover change between 2001–2012 in three Canterbury catchments. The area of native vegetation declined while exotic pasture increased between 2001–2012, and there were corresponding declines in both cultural health scores. These results suggest that the change in landcover has reduced the ability of the landscape to support Māori values. This framework for assessing changes in Māori values with respect to changing environmental conditions may identify opportunities for Māori to better engage in land use management decisions.  相似文献

A New Fall-Rate Equation for T-5 Expendable Bathythermograph (XBT) by TSK

The accuracy of the manufacturer’s fall-rate equation for the T-5 Model of expendable bathythermograph (XBT) has been investigated based on about 300 collocated pairs of XBT-CTD (Conductivity-Temperature-Depth profiler) measurements in various climatological regions. We found that the equation systematically overestimates depth by about 5% for the T-5 produced by Tsurumi Seiki, Co. Ltd. (TSK), but almost no bias is associated with the T-5 produced by Sippican, Inc., in USA. The cause of this difference is not clear, because the two manufacturers’ T-5 probes are reported to have identical shape and weight in water. We propose a new fall-rate equation for the TSK T-5: z(t) = 6.54071t - 0.0018691t ², where z(t) is depth in meters at time, t, in seconds.  相似文献

本文研究了注射生物胺(多巴胺、5-羟色胺)对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)离子转运酶活力和渗透压的影响。结果表明:注射生物胺(DA、5-HT)对凡纳滨对虾鳃丝总AT- Pase、Na -K -ATPase、V-ATPase活力的影响均显著(P<0．05)．而对HCO3--ATPase活力和渗透压的影响不显著(P>0．05),而对照组渗透生理指标无明显变化。注射DA组AT- Pase、Na -K -ATPase活力在6h内呈峰值变化,分别在1h、3h达到最大值,在6-12h时稳定在对照组水平,12h后逐渐升高,于36h时达到最大值后降低,而V-ATPase活力在实验时间内呈阶段式升高现象,在36h达最大值后降低;注射5-HT组ATPase、Na -K -ATPase活力随取样时间增加而降低．至9h达到最小值,9h后趋于稳定,V-ATPase活力在48h内与对照组差异不显著。注射DA、5-HT处理组血淋巴渗透压分别在6h、9h内呈明显的峰值变化．分别在1h、6h达到最大值,然后分别在6h、9h后趋于稳定,并恢复至对照组水平。  相似文献
